As the Head of Operations at Venta, you will deliver on our vision of being the world's most customer-centric vehicle lighting supplier by running a 'flick & forget' operation to deliver operational excellence whilst building systems and automation to support a global business.
About the Role
The Head of Operations role involves:
- Developing and executing a 3–5 year Operations strategy, scalable systems and structures aligned to company growth targets.
- Leading and integrating Production, Supply Chain, Planning, Warehousing and Logistics into a cohesive, data-driven function.
- Owning Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), aligning demand, capacity, materials and cashflow.
- Own the supplier strategy that reduces reliance on geopolitically unstable locations, has excellent performance management, and risk mitigation for single-source exposure.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders.
- Improve landed costs, and maintain reliability and stability of landed cost prices.
- Optimise inventory levels to balance service, cash and resilience.
- Ensure accurate, real-time KPI dashboards that provide visibility and own Operations budgets
- Ensure full compliance with Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety requirements including a risk register

Requirements
We are ultimately looking for someone with a can do mindset that is highly customer focussed and embodies our values of Keep it Real, Make it Happen, Own It and Bring the Zing. For this role we require someone that has experience with running operations.
This role requires a good all-round understanding of Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Supply Chain and Warehousing
